If you like chicken and waffles but you want to try something other than Rosco’s, you should check out Bruxie’s. One of Bruxie’s strengths is that they offer a variety of different waffles dishes, not just fried chicken. One of my favorite dishes is their Hash and Eggs Waffle Sandwich (picture above).Of course they do have the classic chicken and waffles (picture below). Whether you are in the mood for something sweet or savory you can find an awesome waffle dish as Bruxies. Their original restaurant is in Orange, CA just north of Chapman University. That location is always busy so now I go to the Brea, CA restaurant on Birch Street. It tends to have shorter lines and more seating.
