Will Costa Mesa be as good as the original Irvine location?

For those of you that have eaten at the Capital Noodle Bar Irvine location, you are probably wondering if the quality will be the same or not at the new Costa Mesa location.  The new Capital Noodle Bar Costa Mesa location will have the same quality of food because it is the same head chef which opened up the Irvine location (Chef Tony Tea).  I am super excited because their new Costa Mesa location is really close to my work so I can now go there for lunch during the week.

Here are some of the dishes I recommend trying if this is your first time to Capital Noodle Bar:

• Capital Bowl
• Hainan Chicken Rice
• Grilled Beef Skewer
• Seafood Chow Mein
• Spicy Pickled Cucumbers
