Trader Joe’s Chili Mac is one of the simplest recipes you will ever find. Back in college I discovered this combination and it served me well because this made a great meal for less than $4. All you need is a Trader Joe’s Organic Shells and White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese and one can of Trader Joe’s Beef Chili with beans.
Boil the noodles as you would normally to make mac-n-cheese.
Once the noodles are done, strain them then put them back in the pot and add in the chili.
Add in the cheese packet right into the chili.
Mix it all together over medium heat until the chili and cheese are fully integrated with one another. You can add in 1 Tbsp of butter if you want the sauce to be a little more creamy, but you don’t have to. I usually split this into two and serve it with soup or salad.
